Photoelectric radial velocity measurements made with the Cambridge instrument (Griffin, 1967) were supplemented with the spectrometer observations with the Palomar telescope (Griffin and Gunn, 1974) and the Dominion Astrophysical Observatory instrument (Fletcher et al., 1982) in the study of the nature of HD 110195, the tenth-magnitude late-type star in the North Galactic Pole field. It is shown that the HD 110195 is a double-lined spectroscopic binary which consists of two very similar late-G dwarfs in an orbit having high eccentricity and a period of 18 days.
