The forces on a test particle outside a relativistic rotating massive object with saturation of magnetic monopoles are calculated. For a fast rotating collapsed massive object (such as galactic nuclei and quasars) with saturation of monopoles, most material and monopoles are driven into and concentrated in the polar regions. Due to the induced nucleon decay by monopoles, two jets in the opposite direction are ejected from the polar regions.
