For two interplanetary shock waves, April 12 and April 26, 1981, a detailed analysis of simultaneous measurements of the plasma parameters (velocity, temperature of protons and on density) together with energetic proton flux (Ep is greater than or equal to 12 keV) in the ((Yz)GSE plane and magnetic field, was performed. For the second event fluctuations of the electric field and ion flux ion the region of 2-105 Hz were studied additionally. The measurements were made on board the Prognoz-8 satellite. Characteristics of energetic protons, plasma parameters and of magnetic and electric fields are discussed in terms of current shock wave acceleration models leading to energization of protons to energies of tens of keV.
