An upper limit of magnitude 26.2 is measured for optical pulsations from
PSR 1913+16. If optical pulses from pulsars scale as the inverse n-th
power of period, then by comparison to the Crab pulsar, the limiting
magnitude for PSR 1913+16 requires n to be greater than 9.6.
