This is the second and final paper on the development of techniques to measure polarization to a level which will permit the accurate determination of two dimensional circular polarization distributions with the Westerbork Synthesis Radio Telescope. We report here on the results for the triple structure of 3 C 33 and the double structure with a bridge of 3 C 61.1. As an extension of the error analysis for unresolved sources in the first paper, a discussion of the errors affecting measurements of resolved sources is presented. Although no definite detection of circular polarization was obtained for any of the components of either source, low upper limits are established.
