Results are reported for two independent observations of the J 1-0 transition of all three single C-13-substituted species and the C-12 species of cyanoacetylene (HCCCN) in Sgr B 2. Laboratory measurements of HCCCN rotational spectra are discussed, and the line parameters measured toward Sgr B 2 are presented. Two main velocity components (at 80 km/s and near 60 km/s) are detected in the J 1-0 line of all four species, and an upper limit of 0.03 K is placed on the peak line temperature of the interstellar NH2 transition at 8819.81 MHz. It is found that the intensity of the H(C-13)CNN line is about twice as high as that of the other two substituted species, indicating that chemical fractionation of C-13 is taking place in the Sgr B 2 cloud. The C-12/C-13 abundance ratio in this cloud is estimated to be in the range from 20 to 60.
