Sharp boundaries as well as small and faint concentrations associated with narrow line widths are found in the high-velocity H I complex A. The cloudlets have a product of H I mass times inverse square of distance ranging from 0.5 to 3 solar mass/sq kpc, if the gas is optically thin at 21 cm; their kinetic temperatures are less than a few hundred degrees Kelvin. They could provide the missing link between the H I high-velocity clouds and anomalous-velocity clouds observed in other spectral domains.
