New redshift measurements for 33 companions of Seyfert galaxies are reported. Most of them have redshifts that are close to the redshifts of their Seyfert neighbors. Lists of the fluxes in Hα emitted by 113 Seyfert galaxies and of the fluxes in 1415 MHz (continuum) emitted by 65 Seyferts are compiled. The correlation between the emitted power and the pair parameters (separation, size, and redshift difference) for Seyferts with companions is examined. No correlation is found. When compared with isolated Seyferts, those with companions seem to be more luminous on the average in Hα and 1415 MHz. The difference in the distributions, however, is not statistically significant.
