The fourth list of objects of the second Byurakan survey covering a field of 4×4 degrees and centred on α = 12h22m, δ = +55°00arcmin is presented. This list contains data on 106 objects and galaxies and 12 blue stars. The type distribution of objects is as follows: 16 candidates of QSO, 29 BSO, 32 galaxies with significant UV continuum, the Seyfert characteristics can be suspected among three of them and 29 emission line galaxies without noticeable UV continuum. The surface density of QSO and Sy objects till 19m is more than one per square degree.
