The evolution of expanding supershells produced by supernovae explosions in OB-associations is considered. It has been shown that the narrow range of the observed velocities is naturally explained in the model. The supershell expanding velocities and stellar mass spectrum index obtained from the condition of velocity constancy agree well with observational data.
