The paper deals with the axisymmetric problem of steady-state global magnetospheric configurations of a neutron star in cylindrical coordinates. It is assumed that the magnetic axis is parallel to the rotational axis. Gravity, inertial force and particle collisions are neglected. The solutions are determined first in the light velocity cylinder, then, extended to the region outside the light velocity cylinder, and the results of both regions give the global solution of magnetospheric configuration for a neutron star. The solutions show that the magnetospheric configuration of a neutron star is complex.
