It has been suggested by Fricke, Kollatschny and Loose (1984) that the
object app. 14 arcsec northeast of the galaxy F-71 is ejected from the
F-71 galaxy. Optical spectroscopy in the wavelength range 3600 Å -
5600 Å indicates very strongly that the object is a star in our
Galaxy.
