The time scale TA(CSAO) has been kept with 6 cesium clocks of HP 5071A since 1998. During the last 3 years, a number of measures have been applied, such as system recalculation for 1998, a slightly improved alrogithm for TA(CSAO), the adoption for corrected coordinates of TTR-6 antenna, etc. The stability of TA(CSAO) has been improved year by year. The local time reference UTC(CSAO) has been controlled in agreement with UTC to better than +/-100ns since Dec. 1999, which is one of the best twos in the Asia-Pacific region during the period from Dec. 1999 to Feb. 2001.
