There have been quite a few problems with CSAO's GPS receiver TTR-6 since it was imported in 1996, which affected the time comparison between CSAO (Shaanxi Astronomical Observatory, the Chinese Academy of Sciences) and CRL (the Communication Research Laboratory, Japan). As a result, TAI-TA(CSAO), UTC-UTC(CSAO) as well as the weights for CSAO's clocks in TAI system are all contaminated. The main four problems are explained in this paper.
