The narrowband non-drifting bursts were observed in Beijing Astronomical Observatory on May 19, 1999 at 1.6-1.9 frequency range. It is proposed two models to explain the main characteristics of these bursts, based on the excitation plasma waves on the front of weak shock waves and based on the amplification of upper hybrid waves under double plasma resonance condition.
