The relation deduced by Yodzis (1971) for a medium with infinite conductivity is considered, giving attention to the applicability of the equation to pulsars. A number of equations of magnetohydrodynamics are derived. Some of these equations provide relativistic generalizations of well-known results of magnetohydrodynamics. The characteristics of the steady-state condition are discussed along with the relativistic analogs of Ferraro's theorem and von Zeipel's theorem.
