This note shows that apart from the generally mentioned amplified image of a star or galaxy produced by the gravitational-lens effect of a black hole, there is also present an integral image due to all the stars and galaxies in the sky. This image is present continuously in time, and is not critically dependent on the probability of axial alignment of the observer, black hole and object star or galaxy.
