The used observations of comet Halley in the current appearance for the
improvement of the comet's orbit for purposes of the projects "Vega" and
"Pathfinder" are described. The data on comet observations from
different observatories and spacecraft "Vega" are analyzed. The improved
orbit parameters are given.
