Spectral types, luminosities, and cluster membership of M-type stars
within NGC 7419 are discussed on the basis of near-infrared spectra and
scanner photometry. Also, recently obtained infrared photometry in the
2-22 micron region is reviewed. Particular attention is given to the
unusual star IRC +60 375.
