The University of Tasmania decametric array radio telescope has been used to observe two well-known pulsars (PSR 0834+06 and PSR 1919+21) in an attempt to confirm the decametric interpulse emission reported by Soviet investigators. Evidence for such emission was found in a 39-MHz profile of PSR 0834+06, but 47 MHz observations of PSR 1919+21 do not indicate significant emission outside the main pulse window. Detailed low-frequency spectra for the two sources are also given.
