Twenty-six spectrograms of the eclipsing binary AD Her obtained at dispersions of 15 and 30 A/mm are analyzed. All available determinations of times of minima are collected, corrections to previous values of the period and epoch are determined, and a revised period and epoch are given along with their mean errors. The orbital elements of Ad Her are derived from 24 of the 26 observations, and the velocity curve is shown to be well-defined. An apparently genuine orbital eccentricity is obtained from the velocity curve. The observed mass function of 0.057 solar mass is found to be consistent with the earlier conclusion that the secondary star nearly fills its Roche lobe, and it is suggested that the secondary may fill or even exceed its Roche lobe near periastron but may be detached from the lobe near apastron. Radii of 3 and 9 solar radii are estimated for the primary and secondary, respectively.
