A theoretical model is proposed for the emission of X-rays by a black hole in a dense cloud, immersed in a magnetic field. It is based on the Schwartzman model which considers synchrotron emission (the only relevant emission mechanism) by a black hole in the interstellar medium; in this case, the emitted frequencies, whatever the mass of the black hole, do not reach X-ray frequencies, due to the low density and high temperature of the interstellar medium. However, for a black hole immersed in a dense cloud, it is possible to have densities and temperatures such as to produce X-rays with frequencies up to 7.45 x 10 to the 17th power Hz.
