For strongly gravitating systems such as massive neutron stars, structure equations of hydrostatic equilibrium have been derived in Ni's theory of gravity under a post-Newtonian approximation. Approximate analytical solution curves are given for neutron star models of polytropic indices n = 0 (a = 1, b = 1), n = 1 (a = 1, b = 1), and n = 2 (a = 2, b = 2; a = 1, b = 1). The physical significance of the maximum mass is briefly discussed.
