Photoelectric measurements in radial velocity (spectrophotometer CORAVEL) and photometry (Geneva system) of the peculiar double-mode cepheid CO Aur, confirm the two periods P1 = 1d.78 and P2 = 1d.43. A mean radius of 43±13 R_sun; is derived by applying the Baade-Wesselink method. A complete discussion of the pulsation is given: CO Aur is radially pulsating in two overtone modes, probably the 1st and 2nd ones.
