Angular structure of the radio emission from the quasar 3C196 was measured at 25.20 and 16.7 MHz by the URAN-1 and URAN-4 radio interferometers. The most probable model for the radio-brightness distribution consists of a single compact component and an extended component determining a significant increase in the angular size of the object.
