IR/UV spectra of AGN are modeled assuming that the radiation originates in optically thick accretion disks, relativistic electrons and dust. Within a broad range or parameters, the properties of the theoretical sample are similar to the properties of the Palomar-Green survey. The presence of a 'break' frequency at log (nu) = 14.5 is particularly well reproduced. Better agreement with the data is obtained for accretion disks radiating at their Eddington limits. The slope of the spectrum below the 'break' frequency was not satisfactorily modeled within the adopted ranges of the paramters.
