The stability problem of numerical methods exists in the computation of ephemerides with perturbations in precise orbital determination of artificial satellites for a long arc. The results in this paper show that the key lies in how to select the reference orbits in coordinate perturbation method besides the selection of numerical methods, but does not depend on Encke's transformation.
