Scientific paper

The paper examines a two-frequency experiment in which the correlation function of refractive-index fluctuations and the height of a layer of ionospheric inhomogeneities are determined. It is shown that a holographic approach to the determination of the height of the inhomogeneity layer can be used in the processing of coherent signals with statistical components.
