High-dispersion (4 A/mm) spectroscopy was used to detect lines of several heavy elements in the spectrum of the Ap star HD 220825. The lines were found to form in spots with high concentration of heavy elements (Z less than 57), especially U and Os. Equivalent-width variations of the lines of heavy elements were found to differ from equivalent-width variations of other elements, which may be considered as additional evidence for line identification.
