We present BVRI CCD photometry of the open cluster NGC 2324 from observations made at the CfA 1.2m telescope on Mt. Hopkins. Cluster frames were reduced using the IRAF release of DAOPHOT. Cluster color-magnitude diagrams show a well-defined red giant clump and a main-sequence that reaches some 4 magnitudes below the turnoff, over three magnitudes fainter than previous photographic photometry. Widely divergent parameters for the distance, age, and metallicity of NGC 2324 have been given in the literature. We use our new color-magnitude diagrams to derive new estimates for the cluster age and distance modulus and comment on the possible range of metallicities likely from fitting of theoretical isochrones to main-sequence photometry.
