The relative velocities, absolute magnitudes, luminosities, and relative number of double galaxies, as well as their distribution with respect to the apparent magnitudes and linear distances between the components are reported for 423 pairs of galaxies in the Catalog of Isolated Pairs of Galaxies in the Northern Sky. The spatial distribution of galaxies was simulated by the Monte Carlo method to account for systematic distortions. Real pairs were compared with the reference sample of simulated pairs to determine quantitatively the projection and selection effects.
