Flux densities at 2.25 and 8.3 GHz from the NRL-GBI Monitoring Program are presented for Cygnus X-3 for the period 1988-1992. Variability of the quiescent level and the relationship between the quiescent flux densities and major flares in Cygnus X-3 are emphasized and compared with published models. Basic research in radio interferometry at NRL is supported by ONR funding N00014-93-WX-35012 under NRL work unit 0958.
