Photographic and spectroscopic data of the galaxy group Klemola 11, are presented. The central galaxy is shown to be an S0 which exhibits mild emission at H-alpha and Forbidden S II and has a well developed dust lane. The overall spectral type indicates ongoing star formation and the galaxy has an estimated Mv = -21.6. The galaxy has a large semicircular arm wrapped to form an incomplete ring, and evidence for its formation via collision and merger or some internal mechanism are discussed. There is evidence in the image of a slight ripple and it is argued that the material, gas and dust have been provided by a cannibalistic merger with a dwarf member of the group.
