We recently observed the Galactic black hole GRO J1655-40 in outburst on two occasions, using Chandra and RXTE. The Chandra/HETG spectra reveal over 90 absorption lines. The lines are blue-shifted, consistent with absorption in an accretion disk wind. A number of simple constraints, as well as photoionization modeling, suggest that radiative and thermal processes are unlikly to drive the wind. Rather, the observed wind is broadly consistent with magnetically-driven winds predicted in MRI disk simulations, and may also be consistent with Blandford-Payne magnetocentrifugal winds. These findings will be presented within the context of disk-driven outflows in other Galactic compact objects and AGN.
