Quasar microlensing provides a unique tool to study the structure of quasar accretion disks because the sharp caustics in the magnification pattern provide a means of resolving all parts of the accretion disk and corona. In particular, by comparing the microlensing variability in the optical with that observed by Chandra in the X-rays, we can measure the relative sizes of the optical and X-ray emission regions of quasars. We report our results for the two four-image lensed quasars RXJ1131-1231 and Q2237+0305. Our initial analysis of RXJ1131-1231 shows that the X-ray continuum emission region is about 1/10 the size of the optical emission region, while the optical emission region has a size consistent with standard thin disk theories.
