Hard X-ray imaging of the Galactic plane by the INTEGRAL satellite is uncovering large numbers of 20-100 keV IGR sources. Although the source type is currently unknown for more than half of the roughly 120 IGR sources, the sources that have been identified include 19 active galactic nuclei (AGN), 16 high-mass X-ray binaries (HMXBs), four cataclysmic variables (CVs), and a few LMXBs. Probably the biggest surprise is the large number of HMXBs that have been missed in earlier soft X-ray surveys due to their high column densities. It is possible that the IGR HMXBs fill a gap in the sequence of binary evolution. In this presentation, we update the status of follow-up studies of IGR sources, including our future plans. Currently, we are using Chandra to obtain precise positions that allow for optical and IR identifications, XMM-Newton to search for pulsations, and RXTE to obtain orbital solutions.
