We report photometric observations of the recent optical transient ROTSE3 J003809.1+403726, discovered in the outskirts of M31 by Romadan et al. (ATel #2840) and classificated as the Fe II-type Classical Nova by A. W. Shafter et al. (ATel #2843). We have 4õ180 s R-band (Observational Time = 2010-09-13, 20.435 UT) and 5õ180 s B-band (Observational Time = 2010-09-13, 20,918 UT) images was obtained during standart sky survey by the MASTER II Ural-Kourovka (http://observ.pereplet.ru).
