Massive, dense star clusters are found in the centers of pure disk galaxies and most probably constitute their nuclei. We have detected an AGN in one of these clusters bringing the total number of detected black holes in the nuclei of bulgeless galaxies to two. For the youngest nuclear cluster known we show that the data are consistent with a scenario in which nuclear star clusters are formed as young, massive clusters near the center of the galaxy. They then sink to the kinematic center through dynamical friction and keep growing through further accretion of gas.
