Recent experiments on CMB anisotropy indicates that the stage of
secondary ionization may take place in post-recombination epoch. The
influence of this ionization at redshifts z < 100 on CMB polarization
generated by scalar perturbations is calculated analytically using
expansion with respect to optical depth.
