Nonlinear contamination in N-body simulations caused by the initial Zeldovich approximation is investigated in the framework of the Eulerian perturbation theory. We solve the time evolution of the second and third order fluctuation modes generated by this approximation at a scale factor a_i. Then, we discuss the reliability of the quasinonlinear mode evolution in N-body simulations, using (i) the skewness parameter, (ii) the one point PDFs of density and velocity divergence field, the genus statistics (by the Edgeworth expansion method), and (iii) the second order power spectrum.
