An analysis of cosmological models with mixed dark matter and power-law spectra of density perturbations is presented. This analysis is based on Press-Schechter formalism and CMB anisotropy at large (10 angular degrees) and medium scales (the Doppler peak). We found an interval for the baising parameter b^{-1} equiv sigma_8 = 0.5 +- 0.1 and used sigma_8 = 0.5 to normalize the spectra of density perturbations; (2) father we simulated numerically Delta T/Tvert_{10^0} and the relative contribution of T/S, which is necessary to satisfy the COBE result; (3) taking into account found T/S we calculated the amplitude and location of the Doppler peak and compared them with the same quantities in the standard CDM models normalized by COBE.
