The BL Lac Object Mrk 501 was in a state of high activity in the TeV range in 1997. During this time Mrk 501 was observed by all Cherenkov-Telescopes of the HEGRA-Collaboration. Here we present the results of the timing analysis using the data of CT1. Since part of the data was also taken during moonshine this provides the most complete lightcurve for this object in the TeV-range.
