We present a unifying radiation transfer model that can fit the spectral data in hard and soft states of Galactic black holes. We consider a hybrid thermal/non-thermal model where energy is injected to the hot corona by two channels: a non-thermal one (injection of energetic electrons), and a thermal one (that heats electrons). We show that the spectral transitions can be explained as a result of the redistribution of the energy dissipation between the cold disk and the hot corona (central hot accretion disc) with a constant non-thermal energy injection.
