The spacetime representing a collision of two timelike shells with spheri-symmetry is studied. It is constructed by four isometries from each subsets of four distinct Reissner-Nordstrom-de Sitter spacetimes into a manifold. The junction condition is uniquely determined under the condition that two colliding shells are transparent. In the limit of the collision of two neutral massless dust shells, the junction condition reduces to the Dray-t'Hooft-Redmount relation. It is shown that the possibility of the mass inflation phenomena may be related to the relative velocity between two shells near the Cauchy horizon.
