String four-dimensional black hole solutions of low energy effective action with second order curvature corrections are investigated. A restriction to a minimal size of a neutral and magnetically charged black hole is obtained in the frames of this model. The possibility for existence of this restriction in the next orders of curvature expansions and the question about the stability of these objects are also considered. These minimal size black holes (in the case if they really exist) being the endpoint of the Hawking evaporation can represent the relic remnant of the black holes formed during the initial stages of our Universe formation.
