After two years and a half of scientific activity at the Scientific Operation Centre of the italian-dutch X-ray satellite BeppoSAX, a first summary of GRB detection could be done: here we present the most important features of the SOC triggers catalogue and a selection of relevant information about gamma counts measured by the on-board Gamma-Ray Burst Monitor. The detection procedures adopted to discriminate between false triggers, true events and bursts in the field of view of satellite imaging instruments (WFCs) are also described, together with the real-time cross correlation with the BATSE catalogue.
