NuSTAR's unprecedented point-source sensitivity in the hard X-ray regime makes it a superb tool for studying the high-energy spectra of rotation-powered pulsars and magnetars. This is particularly interesting for the latter sources, which have only recently been shown to have up-turning spectra above 10 keV. In this talk, I will describe the types of pulsar and magnetar science topics that will be addressed by NuSTAR, which range from constraining high-energy emission mechanisms to identifying new sources.
