A numerical model of a planetary ring is devised in which the inelastic collision and the gravitation between ring particles are considered. Hill's equations and the differential algorithm of circular mesh for computation of the particle orbits are adopted. The results show that the semi-major axis and eccentricity of the ring particles change with changes in the coefficient of restitution and dynamical optical depth. The average energies transfered and loss in inelastic collisions are calculated for various values of the parameters.
