We present results on the MCG-6-30-15 warm absorber as determined from our analysis of the long 6-day Chandra HETGS observation, using two independent methods: (1) a plasma diagnostic approach similar to that employed in UV and optical work, and (2) analytic modeling of the photoionized plasma as determined from XSTAR. The absorber will be discussed in the context of location and possible wind scenaros.
