Long-term monitoring of Anomalous X-ray Pulsars (AXPs) with the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer has revealed that these objects are, perhaps surprisingly, among the most actively glitching neutron stars known, and the only ones to show contemporaneous radiative events. In this talk, we summarize the evidence that AXP glitches can have very unusual recoveries that may signal structural differences with rotation-powered pulsars, as well as highlight the puzzle of why some large AXP glitches appear to be radiatively silent, while others are very loud.
